About the Author
Madhopally Ganeshan is a decorated veteran Air Warrior who served the Indian Air Force for 23 years, participating in two wars — Kargil and the United Nations peacekeeping mission in Congo, Africa. His years in uniform shaped his outlook on discipline, courage, leadership, and the enduring strength of the human spirit.
Following his distinguished military career, he served Wipro for four years and later spent eleven years with the prestigious State Bank of India. His professional journey across the armed forces, the corporate world, and banking gave him valuable insights into people, organizations, money, and the complexities of human behaviour.
An avid reader, gifted teacher, and passionate trainer, Ganeshan believes that learning is a lifelong journey and that knowledge becomes truly meaningful when it is shared. He is deeply interested in simplifying complex ideas, exploring practical solutions, and using technology and artificial intelligence to turn ideas into useful creations.
He is the author of two books, Money Sutras and The Riddle Called Banking, along with two eBooks. His writing reflects his interest in financial awareness, human dignity, ethical leadership, and the often-overlooked stories of ordinary people navigating extraordinary circumstances.
Beyond professional achievements, Ganeshan believes that success is measured not merely by wealth or position, but by the difference one makes in the lives of others. Guided by a philosophy of continuous improvement, he continues to learn, teach, write, and explore new possibilities — one step at a time.
His life and work are a testament to a simple belief: it is never too late to learn something new, create something meaningful, and make a positive difference.
